Requirements for Nursing Leadership Positions:

• Supervisor: BSN with 3 years of clinical leadership
• Manager: BSN with 3 years of clinical leadership/management; MSN/Master’s preferred
• Director: BSN with 5 years of clinical leadership preferred; MSN/Master’s preferred
