Noelle Thomas, NICU Nurse Manager

In the midst of the winter storm that left most of Texas without power and water, Noelle Thomas, the nurse manager in the neonatal intensive care unit at The Woodlands Hospital, received a notification that they would be out of donor breast milk before their next shipment could arrive due to weather delays.

“I have tiny babies in the NICU that need to receive donor breast milk to prevent complications in their health,” said Noelle.
